About TAC PAC
Who we are, what drives us, and the people behind the Turkish American Coalition Political Action Committee.
What Inspires Us
The American Dream and solidarity in diversity inspire the Turkish American Coalition Political Action Committee (TAC PAC) to empower Turkish Americans through integration and civic engagement in grassroots democracy. We are committed to advocate for the interests and rights of our community while promoting the values and principles of the U.S. Constitution.
We work to build bridges between heritage communities, raise awareness on issues impacting Turkish Americans, and inform policy makers of our collective interests. TAC PAC seeks to create a meaningful impact in Congress where the Turkish American voice has traditionally been under represented. Equality and dignity demand our community's priorities are represented and respected. Together, we can shape a better future.
Our Story
The story of the Turkish American community is one of resilience, hard work, and determination. Many of us came to the United States as immigrants, driven by the hope for a better life and the opportunity to achieve our dreams. We faced challenges in adapting to a new culture and overcoming language barriers, but our shared values of education, family, and perseverance guided us as we built our lives in this beautiful country.
From humble beginnings, Turkish Americans have established successful careers in a variety of fields, contributing to the rich tapestry of American society. Our journey is a testament to the immigrant spirit, showcasing how dedication and community support can lead to remarkable achievements. By sharing our story and participating actively in the political process, we aim to inspire future generations to engage, advocate, and flourish in this land of opportunity.
